Asparagus and Apple Puree

Ingredient

Ingredient:

1. One Apple

2. 4 Asparagus Spears

 

Cooking Method and Preparation:

1. Wash, peel, core and Sliced the apple

2. Wash the asparagus spears

3. Place the asparagus spears and the sliced apple into a saucepan

4. Bring to a boil and reduce to gentle heating simmer for 5 minutes until the applce and asparagus are tender.

5. Transfer to a food processor and puree until smooth

6. Add cooking liquid to achieve desired texture.
